Are there any vegan or vegetarian options??
Food tasted good. Decent options. No chicken in the menu. Kiwi fruit after food drink was interesting. Average wait time during lunch hour. Quick service.
MoreFast casual Taiwanese chain that serves multi-ingredient single person hot-pots in a variety of flavors. They also introduce new flavors and styles from time to time. Ingredients are pretty good. The broth is well seasoned. Lunch is about $13 and dinner is about $17 without a drink. Their milk and bubble teas are pretty good. Service was quite nice and speedy.
MoreReally neat experience! There's something fantastic about getting hot food pots right in front of you. It tastes delicious and the service was smooth and easy. Be prepared to use chopsticks if you don't know how. I'm sure they have forks but I didn't see a single one the entire time we were there. We also didn't see a kids menu so I wouldn't recommend bringing them also since the food can be spicy really fast.
MoreTasty food but the lines can be long. Dinner hour is more expensive and there is no free iced tea. Lunch is cheaper and comes with free iced tea.
MoreThe concept of personal hot pot is interesting and the food is great. Good variety in each hot pot.
MoreYou wait and then you're like "worth it!" And its true. Lunch is the best way to go for me but it has never let me down either way
MoreI love hot soup, even in the summer months! This hits the spot when I'm in need of soup.
MoreDelicious Taiwanese Spicy hot soup
Love this place. Get there early bc lunch and dinner is a mad house!! Delicious selections and quick & friendly service.
MoreStar rating is based on food only. They offer different flavor broth and each broth has its set of ingredients. It's hard to tell if the ingredients are fresh or not, because they cooked everything in heavily seasoned broth before serving. I went and tried 4 different flavors and only like one of them. Since everything is cooked in the broth, so if you don't like the broth you chose, it's probably hard to enjoy what's cooking in it.Bottom line, if you like a pot of food cooked in flavor broth, this might be a good choice for you.Pro: unique dining experience, good non-alcoholic drinks, price is fairCon: If you don't like pre-cook hot pot, their menu is limited.
MoreWe just ordered hot spring egg rice. It was delicious.
First visit here. Hot and delicious food cooked per your spicy preference. I had the seafood and tofu bowl medium spicy and it was spot on. Would eat here again!
MoreGreat for the cold weather. Taste was good enough, not the best hot pot. Long waiting time
MoreTasted good, but after the add-ons and the side dishes it came out to almost $30 a person. I recommend going to Mongolian.
MoreThis is a fantastic place for hot Asian soup! There are great deals, food, and drinks. The service is quick! This is a super popular restaurant so expect some crowds.
MoreThe hot pot here was really authentic Taiwanese hot pot. I was amazed at how many pre-determined selections there were, and the portions were pretty big too. The soup tastes really good, I had the seafood and tofu soup and I was not disappointed. I would only say that the customer service could have been a little better, but that was probably because they were so busy with so many customers, especially during peak hours. I would really recommend this place if you love Taiwanese-style hot pot!
MoreOrdered a Taiwanese spicy hotpot to go tonight. The waitress, who seemed to have a bad day, was rude and did not inform us anything about the level of spiciness. When we came back and opened the food, what we saw is a bowl with almost half an inch of chili oil. This extreme level of spiciness turns eating into torturing...The taste was good, however, after we managed remove the absurd amount of chili oil (which as later we measured was a close to a cup).
MoreDelicious like always and perfect for this time of year.
Great place for hot pot! It's personal style hot pot so it's hygienic & yummy! Lots of combos to choose from, also plenty of choices to add on. If you have a big appetite prolly add more stuff in your pot! ;) We'll definitely come back for more & bring friends over.
MoreFood is excellent. Beef #4 and seafood #2 are my favorites! Spring egg on rice goes well with them too!
MoreNot bad overall. The broth for the Thai Fusion was great; lemongrass, a bit sour, touch of garlic, and a good mouth feel. Service was a little slow and they had forgotten our rice. Definitely go with someone else to enjoy your hotpot and some conversation.
MoreExcellent personal hot pots at a good price point
I love hotpot, if you do too then this is the place for you. We all shared a mix of flavors from spicy Korean to miso ramen, sadly it all sort of tasted the same, a bit bland and flavorless but the atmosphere was nice and drink I got was good. The garlic pork was also good, would have that again.
MoreIm not the most familiar with Hot Pot specifically, but I am familiar with good food. And this place has it! I tried the new menu option. I added sliced lamb on the side and an egg-topped bowl of rice. Ingredients were very tasty. The added great flavor to a mainly seafood dish.
MoreI love this place even though it quite expensive. The hotpot is really good and spot on for me. There are some of the small think that you need to remember when you visit are:It is really crowded during peak so be prepared or expect ahead. You can go during lunch for cheaper price and have a free drink. The upgrade rice is worth, but consider the food portion. It could be huge for some people.
MoreQuantity and food flavor are both decent. Wait was a little long, and I would prefer more portion of secrets in food and less variety which seems like they are trying to please it all. But overall, a great little spot for lunch or dinner on a rainy Seattle day
MoreI called to ask questions but it seems like the lady that picked up was I a bad mood and rushed the talking. Bad service.
MoreFirst time experience and I was very satisfied with both taste and hunger. Fast and friendly service as well.
MoreNice place with good taste especially it’s great for family time.
Often busy with a lot of people waiting to get in to this place, but they now have an electronic kiosk set up where you can check in with number of people in your party and get a paper ticket or enter your mobile number to get a text message when your table is ready. Super helpful and convenient! The food here is great with around 10–12 different soup bases with varying levels of spiciness and varieties of meats and vegetables to choose from. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
MoreIt's pretty good but I honestly have a hard time eating the soup because it's so hot. Also, to my white guy palate, the house special soup tastes like what a barn smells like. Like ... I feel I have now eaten manure. The beef soup was nice though.
MoreWait times can be long but the food comes out quickly after you get seated.
I can't believe I didn't know about this place until now.
Don’t really get it why this place is so popular. Food is decent but totally not worth the wait. Seat space is really small and had a hard time finding place to put my bag
MoreThis restaurant is good but I feel it's a bit overrated. The food options are unique and there are multiple options to cater to everyone's taste buds. However I feel there are many other restaurants with the same style offered in the same area for much less. I love that they do offer free tea with your entree. Expect to wait when you come here. The service is good but not as friendly as I would prefer. This place is good every once in while but definitely not my go-to with all the options available in the area.
MoreEasily the best Boiling Point locations I have been to. As with other locations, expect to wait in line if you don't come in as soon as they open for lunch. The service was noticeably better than other locations. Food is excellent for the value.
MoreThe Boilling point is definitely different than any other restaurant that I've been to. Having never experienced "hot pot" cuisine, this was definitely a new experience. I'd recommend going with someone it people who know what they are doing. But to summarize it ignorantly, it's basically a huge bowl of soup with lots of stuff, from vegetables, noodles, to meat. So expect a variety of taste and textures with this meal. Service was fine, as it was "foreign" but people were nice. There is A WHOLE lot if space, but probably enough for like 80-100? Anyways. It was good. But if def want to go with someone who knew what to order and what everything was.
MoreBeen here thrice now, my favorite hotpot joint in the city. This location never disappoints. Very inexpensive compared to other hot pot locations.
MoreDelicious hot pot! Spicy so be careful. I usually get mild but here that was a bit hot. Busy on Sunday nights so get here earlier than 6 or be prepared to wait. Worth it though
MoreThe service was good. The spicy pot was insanely spicy and not enjoyable at all. I understand you want to make it “authentic” but I could barely taste the flavor other than spicy.
MoreHave visited this place many times. The food is always good here and the quality has been very consistent. Although it's not cheap, it is still a great place whenever you want something hot and warm and savory. (Visit during lunch time if possible for the cheaper price and a free drink) House special is my favorite on the menu. But be careful cause it contains pork intestine and fermented tofu. Avoid it if you are not a fan of those things. Except for the house special, beef, and Taiwanese spicy, the soup bases for other options are more on the sweeter side. The Taiwanese spicy is really spicy for me and I consider myself having regular tolerance to spicy food. If it were not for the price, 5 stars.
Morefirst off the food here is actually really good. But the service was terrible and I found two hairs in my hot pot. The first one I kinda brushed it off since stuff like this happens all the time, but once I found a second hair I couldn’t continue eating. I’m still hungry. Also got the egg on the rice which was delicious but found an eggshell in it. Makes me question the cleanliness and order in the kitchen cooking the food. Will I come back? Don’t think so.
MoreSolid hot pot experience! I actually liked this location in Seattle over their one in Vancouver on Main Street. The matcha jelly they use in their drinks is also amazing.
MoreOne of my favorite restaurants. Definitely recommend this to anyone. I found to love the curry dish because of the types of meats/fish balls/seafood compared to the others. This place gets crowded especially since it’s a small restaurant with limited parking. Lunch is cheaper by a dollar and includes a drink.
MoreNeat presentation, vegetarian friendly soup not sure if I can call it vegan because of broth.
MoreWonderful hot pot. Don't order the hot pot unless you're hungry, one bowl could feed two people. Just look around the restaurant for other patrons that already have theirs to get an idea of the size. I personally got the beef hot pot with mild spice and only finished it because I was ravenous. If you only want a little spice, don't even get the mild spice, as it is very spicy if you're not used to it. I personally love heat and the mild was as much as I could take. They offer chili pepper oil on the side that you can use if you want only half the heat.
MoreA really great authentic hotpot place. There are a bunch of different combos to choose from, and spice level is very customisable. The service is really good as food came out fast and I didn't have to worry about water refills. The food itself is also very delicious, filling, and well worth the price. It can get crowded during peak hours though so be warned. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to eat some delicious hotpot in Seattle!
MoreGreat place for Hot Pot! Be ready for a long queue though, you'll have to leave your number and then walk around elsewhere, but the wait is WELL worth it.
MoreYou get what you see. Simple hot pot pre loaded with tasty pieces. Service is not great and the waiting for a table can be lengthy at peak times.
MoreI been here a couple of times and food is good. I recommend coming here when the weather is very cold outside. Also, some of the pots can be very spicy even if you order medium.
